Plant Haven Supply Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. While refunds are rare, we have a clear and simple policy in place just in case something isn’t right.
When Returns Are Accepted
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or used consumables (fertilizers, nutrients, soils, pest control products).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Our Promise
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you’d like an exchange, just start a return request and place a new order for the item you prefer.
