Plant Haven Supply Shipping Policy

When you order from Plant Haven Supply, we want you to feel confident that your plant care essentials will arrive quickly, safely, and with the same care you put into your plants.


Processing and Handling

  • Orders are prepared within 1 - 4 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Shipping Across Canada

  • Standard delivery arrives in 2–7 business days, depending on your region.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $125 (excluding oversized items).
  • Oversized items such as Lechuza Pon and large bark bags don’t qualify for free shipping. If your order includes both oversized and smaller items, consider placing two separate orders so you can still enjoy free shipping on the smaller products.

Remote Locations

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take a little longer. Any additional costs will be displayed at checkout so there are no surprises.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@planthavensupply.com within 5 days. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right quickly.
  • If tracking shows your package delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours or your local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us within 5 days so we can help.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us right away at contact@planthavensupply.com. Once shipped, we can’t reroute packages.


International Shipping

At this time, Plant Haven Supply ships within Canada only. We hope to expand to the U.S. and beyond in the future, and we’ll share updates when that becomes available.
